"Band manager. Call around, try and get gigs, negotiate contracts, make sure everyone pays what they should, schedule interviews and appearances, hawk CDs... I do some of it, Blue does some of it... but its not really either of our specialties, and working two part time jobs plus gigs is a handful for me."
