Journaling |

I'm so hooked on LJ, that I forget to update the gazillion other journals I have. I have friends on each one too. Life would be so much easier if everyone was in one place.
- I have a Yahoo 360 (snooze4592) which I hardly update anymore.
- I have a Multiply blog, which I started when Yahoo 360 started going all wonky (also snooze4592)
- I have a MySpace that I hardly every update, but which I check every couple of days because that's where my kids "live". (Over there, I'm SusanAlaska)
- I just joined Facebook, which is more for socialization. What I love about Facebook is the online Scrabble games I've been playing.
- I have LJ, which is where I spend the majority of my time and energy because the group of friends I've made there are absolutely fantastic, and more than just 'online friends'. (I'm Words_spoken over there too.)
- And I keep a bonafide totally public Alaska Journal under my own domain, which I've been keeping since 2003. The link is above.
- Add to that 35+ years of paper journals, and I guess it's safe to say I'm fond of journaling.
I'm interested to see how things go here. There are a few things I'm having problems with, but I'm sure the bugs will be worked out eventually.
I'm glad journals can be typed now. I can't imagine updating all of these journals by hand with a pen. |

I have a myspace, too. I've never really connected over there but I also stay because all of the kids are over there. I have a VOX that I never update, I dunno why I keep it. I have an Insane journal that is growing on me, this one and of course my heart is at LJ.
I mentioned to Jimmy that some of us...meaning you creative types may respond to a layout contest if he offered a paid account and gave credit. He had issues with someone hence deleting most of the S2 styles.
Anyhoo, happy weekend to you.
wow, that's lots of journals. But I think we can all relate to the list of them.
I do have a vox account, but never use it. Really no idea why I keep it. I have one over at lost journal, but sorta gave that one up when I started using the one I have over at Insanejournal. Gotta say am really liking IJ, settling in quite nicely there. My main account to date is LJ, I don't think I could leave there. I do have an account at GJ, but am not updating that anymore due to it's going to the dogs and quickly.
I have an myspace account, but I just can't get into it over there. I seldom ever write anything on it, it's just not like the other journal places.
Plus on top of that I do keep a hand written journal, lol. I only wish I had some really interesting things to write about everywhere, lol.
Hi, I'm looking for friends around my age here. Is it ok to add you?
Sure. I added you back. I don't post over here much. I'm really hooked on LJ most of all.
Great thanks, whats your user name on lj i'll add you there too. | |
