Eh, what the hell
For this meme, choose one character of yours and one character of mine-- and then I will write out how they hook up, settle into a long term relationship and/or marriage, and describe their firstborn child/children, if any. The only stipulation being no same-sex couples.  Crack pairings and old characters are acceptable.  The only stipulation being no same-sex couples.

No one could have thought them a couple, but the fact of the matter was, the Scarab and the Batman had started teaming up an awful lot. They backed each other up, cooperated, and risked life and limb for each other time and time again. People began seeing the two together about as often as they had seen Scarab and Goldstar, before the other had disappeared.

When she had been inconsolable about the loss of her best friend, it had, oddly, been Batman who had reached out to comfort her. And later, when the masks had come off, it had been Terry who'd become Dianh's friend.

And slowly, friendship had become something more. They'd dated, found themselves compatible, and continued dating for more than a year.

She'd figured out he'd bough the ring nearly six months before he actually proposed.

Jamie McGuiness was the apple of both parent's eye, and easily as smart as her mother. Her father had been against it, but her mother had been more willing to bow to the inevitable, and signed up any number of teachers from the community.

It wasn't long before a new Batgirl was working through Gotham, bringing the Bat a little more and more out of the darkness, trading a symbol of fear for an uplifting symbol of hope.
