personally i feel shit like that is absolutely retarded. plus i'm the person who has been in the section longer. i came to this school in my sophomore year and all of the kids who are in the section started this year. katey (section leader) just started marching alto this year so i'm not sure what the deal is. whatever, i'm done anyway.
i don't respond well to authority at all. i mean yeah, i listen but i always question it. i'm not some little sheep like 95% of marching band people are. i don't take direction from those my age and older than me. i feel no need to be pushed around by my peers and those younger than me. so i know it's better if i don't go because of the plain fact that i'll totally disrespect her and treat her like shit. i'm doing it for her own good.
