What the hell am I supposed to do with a house?

If anyone knows anything about selling property... I would appreciate some advice right now. Also, if anyone has a room to rent, a couch to spare, anything.

 It's too quiet
There are too many reminders.
I found his stupid oreo stash

I don't want to stay here.

Full Name: Logan Jason Riddick
Age: 19
Occupation:
Status: Tentatively 'seeing' Natalia Perez
Affiliation: T.E.A.M.
Power: Healing
Favorite Color: Blue.
Preferred Type of Toothpaste: Crest Whitening Expressions - Lemon ice

Family: Nathan Riddick (Father) deceased
-Marianne Taylor-Riddick (Mother) deceased
-Julia Riddick (Sister, 34) deceased
-Samuel Riddick (Brother, 27)

Brief History: After all of the craziness of coming back after his infamous dissapearing act, Logan has taken up residence with his older brother Sam and his girlfriend Lucy. He's still bummed out about his powers, but has decided to take an active role amongst the 'good guys' and serves as a medic/healer.

Any changes made to your character: Logan now has a better grasp on his powers, as he's actually using them more. He's also no longer sitting on the fence about his alliance to T.E.A.M. OH YAH and he has a job now (yay!) working at an arts supply store.

Brief Description of Power Capabilities: Since he's been taking strides towards mastering his powers, he's learned that ihis abilities extend far beyond just repairing the occasional paper-cut. Even though he still can not use his powers to heal himself, he is capable of mending bones, repairing muscle, tissue and organ damage, curing disease (as of right now he can only cure minor ailments, such as the common cold or strep throat, but can probably go on to cure cancers and other fatal diseases later on), and even mending nerve damage to a degree. The more extreme a case he tries to heal, the more drained it makes him; trying to repair someone that is beyond his capability can result in nausea and even unconsciousness if he presses too hard.
