Considering you're talking about jamming a finger down your throat just to lose five pounds because NOTHING is worth jamming a finger down your throat dammitt, I'd say they're already raised.
...But I trust your judgment. And if it goes too far... I won't hesitate to shove a sandwich down your throat, if need be.
