Marcus had broken up a hard drug operation in Gotham earlier this week. He had broken into where they were based and taken care of the filthy, rotten crooks inside. However the boss had gotten away in the chaos of the shootout. He was not happy about that and had been tracking him across the country like a bloodhound and had finally caught up to him in Star City. He wanted to just head in there and shoot the place up but that wasn’t smart. This wasn’t his turf and guy was a clever son of a bitch. So he was doing a quick stake out before he made his entrance on the building across the street.
