He was, just sticking to the shadows mostly. But the swoosh of the scalloped cape comes right before he lands on Marcus's roof and out of the shadows. "Red Hood huh?" He's guessing this is the Marcus the file in the Batcave is about and not the not-dead (he still finds that part weird) Jason Todd.
