BLOOD STATUS: Pure, though its purity is up for debate behind the closed doors of the Blackwell house. In truth, her mother was having an affair with a muggle waiter when she was concieved. She is in fact her father's daughter, but he has always assumed she's the bastard daughter of a muggle, and her mother never helped encourage him to think otherwise. He's always kept her at arm's length because of this. Of course he couldn't suffer the embarassment of exposing his wife and rejecting Celia, so he's claimed her as his daughter, never realizing that she truly was.
POLITICAL VIEWS: Celia's mother loved muggles, and her father was a purist, it was the worst match possible and the two resented each other. Because Celia's father often rejected her, she grew to reject him back, thinking his purist ways were archaic. She believes that the races should mix, and that love, not blood, should make a marriage. Her father won't accept this though, so she's been sent to Eligere for some indoctrination. He can't have his daughter embarassing him like her mother.

AMP Status: Yes. Celia's father has claimed her as his own, and as such he will not see her running off with some mudblood...or worse. Currently betrothed to Jeremy Pitt.
Appearance
APPEARANCE: Celia is a spitting image of her mother--(hence her father's reluctance to believe she could be his own). She is tall, slender, and carries herself with a natural poise and grace. She is always neat and clean, even when she's dressed down, and her face is always fresh--devoid of any make-up. Her big blue eyes and her full red lips give her an almost doll-like look, which, when coupled with her soft spoken tendencies, lends her a sense of delicacy. In truth, she's anything but.

Adventurous: She wants a big life full of everything she can fit in it, and she's always willing to try something new. Musical: She loves music and believes that music and dancing are good for teh soul. She has a beautiful voice and she's quite talented on the piano and the cello, though she doesn't tend to play them anymore.
WEAKNESSES: She's stubborn: if she has her mind set on something, it's hard to deter her, and it generally takes time for her to realize she's wrong. She grows impatient during time consuming tasks: it's why she hates cooking and potion making.
