Well, yeah, that's pretty much what "for some reason" translates to. Mind you, he seems to have done pretty well by Donna, in her one episode, anyway. Here's hoping she gets treated better than poor Martha.
Rose is pretty awesome. She just doesn't deserve to supersede all the other awesome girls RTD doesn't like. Like Barbara. And Sarah Jane. And Ace.
