It looks like the Arrows cannot catch a break at the start of this season. After a brilliant season, you would think the team, captained by Thomas McCormack, would have smooth sailing to start off the next season. The departure of Saoirse Mullet was surprising to many readers, but the sight of a reserves player and the lack of seeker Andrea Johnson on Opening Day was unexpected to many.
The substitution was one that ended well for Ludo Bagman and his Wasps, but not so much for the Arrows. In a crushing blow to start the season, the Arrows fell to the Wasps, 330-150. This weekend fared better against the Cannons, with the Arrows claiming a 360-20 victory. The Arrows cite the lack of their star seeker as a stomach bug, and backed their full confidence in their reserves system to overcome the challenges being presented in this season.
Our sources have spotted Ms. Johnson at St. Mungo's, but she definitely wasn't in the virus and maladies department. Could there be something more to this "stomach bug" story? Perhaps it has something to do with the ring that was also spotted on her finger? |
