Order of Merlin Awarded to Earthquake Heroes!
During the tragic events of the earthquake that shook our community to its core, there were a few wizards and witches that took on leadership roles and helped out their fellow magical neighbors. The Ministry is now bestowing the Order of Merlin to nine individuals who showed great heroism in this time of need.

Order of Merlin First Class
Jonathan Bones • Obliviator • bravely dueled and killed death eater Court Kelley as he attempted an assassination on the Minister of Magic.		Berkeley Doge • Auror • entered the ministry when it was deemed unstable, without his protective robes, helped save a floor of trapped ministry officials, and later died that evening from his injuries • his award will be given posthumously, accepted by his wife and daughter.
Adelaide Jordan • Healer • kept ceiling from collapsing on nursery of newborn children until they were removed, and was buried in the rubble for days afterward.		Naija Patil • Healer • removed all of the children from the nursery under the threat of a collapsing ceiling, and was buried in the rubble along with her colleague.
