Rename Token Issues

I'm having some issues with the code/scripts that can rename usernames. I've contacted multiple people who should know how it all works and I am just waiting to hear back from. I do apologize but it's just not working 100% correctly at the moment. You can change from a username to a username but not from a username to another username. I am definitely working as fast as I can to fix the issue, I've not given up on it yet, just bear with me!

I was also curious, if you do eventually "give up" and one can't change there username to another username that they currently own, will they get a refund?

Alright. I just really hope that you get it working, you know?

If not then I suppose I could just delete the journal name that I have and want to change to and wait for it to be purged before doing the rename token again because it works if it's not a journal that's made already, right? But that's only if and it would take awhile to be purged I could imagine too. =/
