So, a ball, eh? Least this one's got the whole costume and mask thing. Might make it interesting. And the weird sisters are playing which is wicked. I reckon this ball will be better than the last one. At least I hope so. Ruddy Krum.

I... think I'm going to ask Hermione to this one. As friends maybe. Least I won't get humiliated that way.

I assume you'll be attending this ball with my sister? Be good alright? I don't wanna catch you two snogging on the dancefloor or something. I'm asking Hermione. I think I'm going to ask Hermione... hope that's not weird or anything.

Er...hi. So, um. I reckon I should listen to you this time around and take that advice you yelled at me... This is what you meant right? Damnit. Erm, guess that doesn't make sense unless you know what I'm talking about. So um, yeah. Do you want to go to this ball with me? As my date As friends? I'm not that bad of a dancer, I promise. Mum taught all of us... well, made us learn actually. I just didn't want to dance last time. I will with you, though. So, uh, what do you say, yeah?

Considering Harry still gives Michael and Dean the stinkeye? Yes, let's focus on who we have.

Hermione...I love my brother, but sometimes, he has the courage of a table. Maybe this is him going in that direction...but at a shuffle, instead of a full on walk?

I don't think either of them will forget their grudges. Even if they say they will and we happen to mention Michael or Viktor in twenty years, they'll still have a problem with it.

Perhaps. I don't want to push him in a direction he'd otherwise not want to go though.

Mione, maybe that's the direction he's always wanted all along but was a bit too insecure to do it without a nudge. Or ten thousand nudges, seeing that it's Ron.
