I know Snape's been already done but I have a good one. What if Snape never got involved with Lucius and have never joined the Death Eaters.

Ohhh, that is a good one!

Well, if Snape had never gotten involved with Lucius, I don't really know that his love of the Dark Arts would really have manifested itself at such a young age... but he would be pretty suicidal, is my guess, or brimming with absolute hatred for everything. Because becoming a part of the inner-fold really gave him perspective on his life, it alleviated the pain losing Lily to James and co. caused, and without that, he'd be nothing. And if MWPP continued harassing him as badly as they did, and if Lily really did realize how detrimental their friendship was and begin to pull away, Snape would be this terribly sad, terribly angry person. He probably would have spiraled out of control and eventually done something really terrible like commit murder or rape or something awful like that.

Seriously, right! It's crazy. Makes me kind of sad, especially in this case.

Well, not especially in this case, because Snape and I dislike each other, but in general! Quite awe-inspiring, the decisions we make.
