100 Questions: Dedalus Diggle
Part 1: The Basics

1. What is your full name?
Dedalus Crius Diggle

2. Where and when were you born?
I was born in Kent, England. I think. I mean, I'm pretty sure I was born there. I don't know, I never really asked? I might have been born somewhere else, but I've lived in Kent since I was like, really, really, really tiny. If I've ever lived anywhere else I honestly don't remember.

3. Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
My parents are Ariadne and Dionysus Diggle. Can you tell that I'm Greek? Honestly. I mean, I don't care or anything, or well...I care but it's not the kind of care I was talking about. My parents had sort of an arranged marriage when they were 19. They won't ever tell me this but I'm pretty sure they hated eachother for a few years until my Mom got Pregnant with me. And then, for some unknown reason they decided to move to England. They lived in Greece at the time, I probably should have mentioned that. They never taught me Greek or anything, but I learned how to say a few things. Nothing major, but it's like...γειά means 'hello' and stuff, but it's just basic things like that.

Anyway, that has nothing to do with anything, so I'll just move on.

Both of my parents are Wizards? Or, well, my Mom's a witch, but you know what I mean. My Dad works at a local wizard's Library that's like, a block away from our house, and my Mom's a florist. I know, it's not the most exciting thing in the world, but she likes it a lot. She originally wanted to be a writer, but when she tried to sit down and write a book she started going on and on about how a book shouldn't need so many pages ( or I think that's what she was saying, she was more or less yelling abut it to my Dad in Greek ), and she burned the 10 pages she was already struggling to write. But she's actually really good at what she does. I think.

My Dad is probably the person I take after the most. Like, I mean, out of both of my parents. Not that I'm not anything like my Mom, but I'm just...more like my Dad, I guess. He's always reading, like me, and when he's trying to think of something when he's writing, he'll keep tapping his quill against the parchment as though this will help...like me. I don't know, it's just little things. I think he probably would have been a Ravenclaw if he went to Hogwarts. My Mom probably would have been a Gryffindor.

4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
Nope. But my Mom told me once that if I were born a girl or if I had a sister, it would have been named Atlanta Ariadne.

5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
I live at Hogwarts right now, in the Ravenclaw tower. So...I live with the Ravenclaws? I mean, I don't dorm with anyone anymore but that still counts, right?

6. What is your occupation?
Hogwarts Student, Head Boy, and a Member of the Order of the Phoenix.

7. Write a full physical description of yourself. You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
Uh, well...height? I'm about 176 centimeters, give or take. I don't remember that last time I was measured, but I'm pretty sure it's still the same. I don't feel any taller or anything. Well, not that people normally feel taller, but I'm pretty sure I'm still 176 cm. Maybe 177.

I'm not quite sure of how much I weigh. I'm sure I weigh a lot less now than I did when I got to Hogwarts this year, because I usually forget to eat when I'm stressed out, much to the chagrin of my Mother, who is always trying to get everyone to eat something. I'd have to guess about 62.6 kg...yet again, give or take a few. I'd 'take', actually, because all of my clothes are huge right now.

Race would be Greek. And English.

My hair is brown. It's kind of long, but it's not like...girl long? I mean, I can't pull it back into a ponytail or anything, and it's not long enough for me to do anything with it. It used to be, but that was like, a really long time ago. A REALLY long time ago. A time I don't like to talk about. It gets in my way, but I'm always afraid to cut it. Not because I'm afraid of how I'll look, because I really don't care about that, it's just because I don't really like a lot of change. And because I'm used to gripping at it when I'm in a bad mood or something and it'd probably annoy me to not have it there.

My eyes? Also brown. And they're kind of...oval? I mean, they're not all wide and round, they're more...not round. I can't describe them.

I usually dress in jeans and a t-shirt when I'm not in school robes. I just like to be comfortable.

I have one tattoo. It's really small, and it's on my right shoulder blade, so the only people who know about it are the Order members who forced me into it, and Eliza.

I have a few scars from my childhood, from falling down or something like that, but I think the most noticable one is on my shoulder, from where I got...um...I was stabbed. By a Death Eater, and no one really knows about it except for the Order. Well, Eliza knows about the scar, she just...doesn't know how I got it.

8. To which social class do you belong? Middle class, I suppose.

9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
I'm allergic to cashews. And pineapples.

I don't have any diseases. At least, I mean, none that I know about, and I'm sure I would know if I had a disease.

10. Are you right- or left-handed?
Right-handed.

11. What does your voice sound like?
What does my voice sound like? Uh...it's kind of...I don't know, it's not deep but it's not high pitched, it's sort of in the middle. I don't hear it when I talk, but I apparently have a very 'proper' British accent, according to other people who have mentioned it to me.

12. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
I say 'I mean' way too often. I always feel I need to explain myself, because no one ever understands what I'm talking about, or what I really do mean when I say things. I don't really make much sense a lot of the time. I mean, at least to other people.

13. What do you have in your pockets?
I have my time turner kept in the inside pocket of my coat when it's not around my neck, stuffed underneath my robes. That's about it...everything else is kept in my school bag.

14. Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

Well, I'm not quite done yet, but I've had about 6 2/3 years of education at Hogwarts, and before that I was homeschooled. My teacher's name was Mr.Garret. Not that that's important, but I thought I'd mention it.

18. Did you enjoy school?
Well, yeah, I guess. If you leave out the parts where I was bullied and shoved into walls for about 5 years, than school was fantastic.

19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?

22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A librarian. I would have been happy just being surrounded by all of the books.

Hah...my first kiss happened when I was 16, with Chloe Abbott. She kind of tripped over a branch and landed ontop of me and then it just kinda happened.
