“Who are you?” Chelsea looked up at the man who was standing on the other side of the door. A brow was lifted from behind his sunglasses, taking in the sight of the young girl, before he raised a hand to remove them completely, folding them before he spoke. “Hawthorne Lordes.” He was always known for giving the shortest, straight to the point answers. The blonde shrugged her shoulders, and leaned against the doorframe. “Yeah? And what do you want?” “I’m here to speak with Sarah.” “About?” “Things.” “Well, duh.” She rolled her eyes, causing him to tilt his head a bit. “Is she here?” “Maybe.” She said this with a smirk, folding her arms over her chest, causing Nate to once again lift a brow. “Has anyone ever told you how helpful you are?” “Has anyone ever told you that snot green definitely isn’t your color?” He looked down at his shirt as she gestured to it lazily. It wasn’t snot green at all, but more of a forest green. “Hm. I’m pretty sure that’s the first time that’s been brought to my attention.” He looked back at her. “I’ll have to keep that in mind.” He put back on his sunglasses, looking unaffected by her ‘insult’. “Tell Sarah that I stopped by. Or don’t. Either way, I’ll be sure to get in touch with her eventually.” He turned around and walked back to the car, not even bothering to ask who he had been speaking to this entire time. He really didn’t care.
