1. His first crush was Rhea Yaxley, his fourth year.
2. Rhea Yaxley, his fourth year. Come on, Evan always gets the girl he wants. xP
3. That award goes to Matilda Rowle, his sixth year.
4. He thought he meant it at the time when he said it to Elizabeth Fortescue, but the time when he was sure he meant it was when he said it to Cecilia Hooke.
5. Hm... there probably isn't anyone he's ever come close to settling down with. So no one.
