The Truth Will Set You Free
1. Driving home from a case down Archer Ave Lynch almost hits a young woman in a beautiful white dress. Feeling bad about this Karen offers to drive her home. The young woman says yes and they talk a little bit and Karen finds out that she was walking home after a violent fight with her boyfriend. Karen offers to help her press charges but the young woman says no.
2. After driving a ways they get to Resurrection Cemetery where the young woman tells Karen to drop her off. Karen drive a little bit before stop to see if she could convince her to press charges again only to find her vanished without a trace.
3.Afterwards either through her own research or by talking to someone finds out that the young woman was most likely Resurrection Mary. Then through her friends in Midnight Sons finds out she is mostly likely a very powerful spirit caught in a loop.
4. Karen decides she wants to do something about this so that maybe she can help her pass on and starts looking into her with help. Specifically she wants to identify who she really is and find out what happened to her.
5. Karen finds out who Resurrection Mary really was though strange spooky things start happening including a run in with Mary who quickly begs her to stop looking before promptly disappearing.
6. Karen and Midnight Sons down stop and the further they dig the more weird stuff starts happening and starts getting increasing more violent especially towards Karen.
7. This violence continues to build up till Karen solves it find out that Mary's boyfriend followed her after the dance in his car trying to get her back and swerved hitting and killing her before slamming into a tree killing himself. At this point she is attacked by an apparition of the boyfriend and will require help to survive the attack.
8. The Magic users might be able to send the spirit away temporarily but will find they aren't powerful enough to banish it permanently. At which point it is suggested may only Mary can do that.
9. This leads to a big showdown in Resurrection Cemetery where they convince Mary to face down her boyfriend and ultimately defeating the spirit and finally letting Mary pass on.
