Today, my son's teacher asked him:

"What do you think of when you think about Easter?"

I swear to God, this is what comes out of his mouth:

"Throwing eggs at people. The ones that are hard, and don't break and hurt more."

I can not wait 4 more bloody years until this kid is off at Hogwarts. At least then I can't be held responsible for when he breaks someone else's nose with a hard boiled egg like he did last year.

On that note, I won't blame Aunt Jules for not coming back this year for dinner, Stell. We're going to have to start handing out head gear for our guests. It's either that, or we tie Marcus down to his chair like I've been suggesting since he was old enough to sit in one.

You choose.

If I catch him throwing eggs he will never get candy in his Easter basket again!

If I remember correctly, that was the same threat you made last year.

And then he got sick because he ate too many of those sugar coated marshmallows.

Maybe we won't let him have his candy for a week, then! He'll have to sit and be a good boy or else nothing. And you know how Jacob and Lizzy will make him feel bad about it.

Christ, our children are little fiends.

Isn't there some way we can humanely quarantine Lizzy so she isn't influenced by her brothers?

I swear to fucking God, sometimes I have to push back Marcus' hair just to make sure the horns haven't grown in yet.

I think the pink of her room does a good job at that!

I'm pretty sure his horns will sprout when puberty hits. And when that happens...well, have fun!!!

I was thinking more along the lines of hexed doorways and safety glass.

That's the beauty of Hogwarts - they get to deal with him through puberty.
