001.
From the looks of the news, it seems KV is not manifesting itself with any real harm to its victims. Aside from the first few symptoms warned about, the coma and death attributes are severely lacking. Most of the victims have recovered completely, and none are degenerating any further.

A false alarm, as they would say, which makes sense. It would be counter-productive to kill random civilians in a protest over a civil rights issue, blond or not. Going for the queen is a much more efficient means to killing a colony of ants than attempting to destroy each and every worker.

Or so I assume is Masenshi's meaning, if they're as intelligent as they allude themselves to be. They could, of course, be quite the opposite, having really meant the "virus" to be as lethal as stated. Lucky for them the result is up to interpretation, so they look neither stupid nor brilliant. Just bored.

Moving on, it's been raining for three days straight now. The Third District is beginning to flood, and there doesn't seem to be any signs of the rain stopping. If it gets as bad as the Flood of 201, the dark-hairs will be looking for higher ground. I remember it, faintly. Mobs and riots. A fair warning to the brunettes. Keep your doors locked.

((OOC: Yes I am projecting the weather here because it's been raining FOREVER now @_@ ... it must be stopped.))

If they were so clever maybe they'd find a reason to live, constructive things to do with their time, and things to cherish.

Maybe after they've found edible food to keep from starving and survive another day from being attacked or killed. I'm sure they'd find plenty to cherish.

If it's so hard to live, how is Masenshi concocting viruses and giving it to blonds? Do they take all of the food away from everyone else?

You clearly know nothing about the Third District. Lethal chemicals, illegal drugs and weapons are a dime a dozen. Food, shelter and clothing are a different story.

You should think before you speak sometimes.

I do. You're really just proving my point.

People make do with what they have. Idle hands and so on. If dark-hairs were happy and content, they'd be playing checkers and having ice cream socials, not converging into gangs and engaging in terrorist activities.

Whose fault is it, really.

Their own. Dark-hairs go to school and are given jobs that pay them money for the things they need - which doesn't include lethal chemicals and weapons, by the way. It's not the fault of anyone in any other district that the dark-hairs screw up their home.

The things they need. I'm curious. How much do the things you need cost you on a weekly basis?

Nice try, but different lifestyles warrant different necessities. I can only assure you I don't buy any lethal chemicals with which to pass the time. Food is more important to me.

Of course. Because light-hairs are superior, and therefore deserve luxurious things. What an easy and convenient belief.

Too bad. Blond drug addicts provide the Third District with most of its income.

You're trying and failing to excuse Masenshi's crime. Blond, brunet, or dark-hair, causing panic and harm to others to cure boredom is wrong.

What Masenshi did hurt all of the third district. Pay attention to the facts.

Neither I nor you know why they did it. Pay attention to your own facts.

Well, here I thought you were a blond but they don't have any emotions so that can't be right.

Not only blonds can disagree with Masenshi.
