Totally possible, although I figured they would have been working hard to get enough resources to pull off KV and would have no time for boredom.
Besides, saying "bored" casts an even more negative light on Masenshi. They have nothing better to do than toy with blonds. It makes them seem like they're bad at heart, not feeling oppressed and trying to make a point.
