Wow... that month was both the longest and quickest month ever. I've been picking up people's shifts left and right, and even though I owed them and it sounded like a good idea at the time to agree... ughhhhh. I remember enjoying this time of year a lot more when I was still in school. Cider and hot cocoa can only do so much for me before they start to sabotage my figure.

I uh, wow. I am so boring. A whole month and all I can say is that I finished my first scarf and never plan to let it see the light of day.

You aren't perfect!

I'm not made by machine, and just because I'm not 100% perfect doesn't mean I'm not close to it.

Yeah that is definitely what it means! And that you're overcompensating for your lack of perfection by surrounding yourself in things with no personality.

My things are inanimate. Or, well, at least brainless. They shouldn't have personality.

I think your possessions reflect what type of person you are. So what does that say about you!

Cheap shot! That can't be true, anyway. Most of your possessions have to be inanimate and/or brainless, too. Unless you have a ton of pets and nothing else.

It's definitely true. Inanimate objects can have personality! For instance, I know your couch doesn't have any personality because of how boring it is... but my room has tons of personality.

A couch can't have personality.

I give up.

How have you been?

If you really think your room has a personality, Missy....

Been better.

I feel the same way... I bet all that stuff with Chief Namikaze and Masenshi really made things hectic for you.

That such an important person got hurt has caused a lot of people to see how dangerous this really is. Masenshi can touch anyone.

Yeah, well, it's not like he exactly made it hard for them. I still wish it hadn't happened at all, though.

You should take a few days off if you're overworked, otherwise you might get sick.

He had his reasons.

Nah, I feel fine. Right now my work's more mental than physical, and that's right up my alley.

Mental fatigue exists too, y'know. Just take it easy. There's germs all over the place this time of year, everyone's confined inside since it's cold... so gross.

And don't even argue with me. I'm the medical professional here!

You worry too much. I'm very healthy, I don't get sick easily!

Everyone says that. How many vegetables have you had in the last week? The last month??

You can't expect me to remember the total number, but I did have vegetables yesterday.

Potatoes don't count.

Neither do pickles.

Or toppings on a hamburger.

No, it was in chicken pot pie. There were carrots and peas in there, at the very least.

Those don't count either. Do you know how bad for you pot pies are?? They're delicious but packed with calories and fat... and a few peas and carrots.

Yeah they do! You didn't say anything about fat, just asked about my vegetable intake.
