Whoever's behind this stupid rumor really sickens me. Toying with the emotions of the vulnerable and grief-stricken... ugh, it makes me want to punch someone! Any volunteers??

Well don't you think it's possible that a big deal isn't being made because it's not perfectly figured out? I mean, so I don't think the Hokage says some magic words and it's done, but maybe it's scientific and they don't want people to know until it's perfect...

There's supposed to be truth to every rumor right? Why not this one?

I want it to be true. I know it won't change anything considering how long my mother has been...y'know. But I want it to be.

Yeah, we're both kind of left out in the cold even if it is true... I just think that some things are the way they are for a reason and messing with it is asking for trouble.

It sounds more like you just object to the idea of it being done. Still. If there's such a thing as an ability to revive people I think it should be messed with. It doesn't help me anymore, but others. Others could benefit from it! Some deaths are unjust. I figured you would be interested in it, instead of dashing it right off. From the viewpoint of a health professional and as a person.

It's just... okay, assuming that it's something that's even possible, that we could utilize for the reasons you say, what are the odds it would ever benefit anyone other than blonds? And failing that, the odds of it actually being used to right wrongful deaths instead of keeping the powerful in power are slim to none.

I've thought about it, I have. I promise.

Oh, wow, you are incredibly cynical about this! Okay, so maybe some people couldn't be trusted with that kind of power, but if it existed there would be people who would try to take it and give it to those who need it. There would be opposing forces and such. For every ill there is some good. Things would balance. I'm sure of it.

I believe you. But unlike you, I think I'm more inclined to believe the rumors and wish them true.
