I think it's improbable, but Hokage has been alive for over 200 years. Maybe it's something he's had all this time and now.... But probably not.

It's unclear. The reason I'm leaning toward it's a rumor is because there are no confirmed cases that I've been officially informed of.

Well don't you think it's possible that a big deal isn't being made because it's not perfectly figured out? I mean, so I don't think the Hokage says some magic words and it's done, but maybe it's scientific and they don't want people to know until it's perfect...

There's supposed to be truth to every rumor right? Why not this one?
