Are you asking me what I do outside of work? Because you didn't ask that. But it seems like you're fishing for a certain reply, so why don't you just tell me what it is you want me to say?
And for the record? I'm pretty sure that if you asked all the patients (who pay for their visits), they'd consider what I do for 9 - 18 hours a day pretty constructive.
