| A general note to all who are displeased with displacement: the Auror office is not responsible for this change in policy. Our department enforces the law; we don't make it. This means sending Howlers and other unpleasant items to the office accomplishes nothing except giving me a really terrible headache. Many of us don't like this policy any better than you senders of mail do, so please stop doling out the punishment.
[Warded to Joy] Darling, have you done any more wedding planning yet? I'm trying to make sure my calendar's all clear for dress fittings and hen party and the wedding itself and all, so I don't have to cancel anything at the last minute. And if you need any help with anything at all, even if it's just someone to watch Cormac for an evening while you go look at decorations or something like that, please just ask. I'll be happy to do whatever I can. [end ward] | comments: 2 comments or Leave a comment |
| I've had the flu again. Ever since I was so sick, I seem much more susceptible to illness in general. Everything that comes through the office, I end up getting it. At least unlike that one horrible illness, potions knock the germs out fairly easily.
[Warded to Braith] It's been a bit since I've seen you. I know you're busy with work; I am as well. It seems we ought to be able to make a bit of time for each other, though. | comments: 33 comments or Leave a comment |

Come by my desk if you get a moment, please? I've got a small problem, and I'm not certain what the best way to handle it might be. I'm afraid I need a little help. | comments: 2 comments or Leave a comment |
| Oh, Merlin but I've been busy. Ever since I was sick this winter, my ability to fend off germs seems to have taken a horrible dive. I spent another whole week out of work in March, and then catching back up seemed nearly impossible. And of course I'd barely picked up my journal between January and then anyway. Work just keeps me moving constantly and Mum's been so difficult and of course the rest of life goes on as well.
To my friends, I'm so very sorry that I've been anti-social of late. Honestly, I really don't mean to be. I just get so caught up in things that have to get done that I never seem to get to the things I want to do. And I'm so jealous that Joy's going to Monaco that I nearly can't stand it
Oh Merlin that's so unfair. I should be happy for her, not jealous.
I want to do something fun. | comments: 36 comments or Leave a comment |
| My sister has insisted that I really must have one of these. Well, now I have one.
This is Rosalie Diserafino, by the way. I'm the office manager for the Auror Training department, formerly a Ravenclaw of the class of 1974. You may also know me as Joy's Sister. I have a journal now, and a house. And...that's really all I have to say right now. So, hello everyone. | comments: 19 comments or Leave a comment |
