PERSONALITY:
Anthony is what you can easily call a laid back and easy going type of guy. He's no angel, and he never really do credit for being one either, but he preffer to take it slow before diving into things he has nothing to do with. Which means he doesn't start fight or jump into them unless he really pissed off, or if he knows for sure the fight is about something that's involving him. Unless many guys who take it as a reason to jump into a fight just because other's are fighting, he rather take a step back. It isn't that he hates violence or that he would not fight good if he did, Anthony has two older brothers who would love to see him fight and who taught him how to fight all through his childhood. So he sure knows how to, he just preffer not to in the end. Maybe you could say that as a true Ravenclaw he like using his brain more than his fists. Of course this does now mean he is a geek or scared of it, most people in school has not much against him anyway, if you don't count a few Slytherins that is.
He's always been the type of person that makes you feel comfortable, he isn't extra sweet or nice, that really isn't his style, but he's never rude and he has this relaxness and calmness about him that somehow make people around him feel the same. His mum say it's a big gift and that her son will grow up to be a Healer, because that is her big dream for her son. Anthony think it's just coincidence that people end up feeling much better around him, and whenever his mum take it up, he just rolls his eyes. He has very easy to bust into a laugh, not the ugly geeky kind of laugh either, he usually put a hand over his mouth when he's in class to hide it, or when he is with his friends he just burst out laughing quite loud to whatever it is that's funny. And he has gotten a few nicknames thanks to just that.
As a Ravenclaw he likes to study, maybe sometimes a little bit too much, but when ever he has time he like to hang out with his friends, play cards or party. You never do expect a person like Anthony to enjoy partying as much as he does, but truth is he likes every single thing of it. The people, the loud music, the laughter, crazy jokes and he quite like to get drunk too. That is the thing that people doesn't understand who knows him, why would a person like himself, that has a calm effect on people, can talk and make people laugh, is lucky with the girls without any alcohol involved, need it and enjoy it so badly? Biggest reason is that he like the rush and freedom of doing whatever he can and want just then. Anthony never done anything huge while drunk, but he does have a bunch of good friends, so maybe that is the reason and the people he should thank afterwards for that. One thing that just go against the whole party guy and go back to the more relaxed Ravenclaw type of guy, is that he enjoy music and he is a very good guitar player, and he often does play on it in the common room, up in his dorm and make songs about his friends, he enjoys and most of them do too.
When it comes to girls he has quite a lot of experience, but he is no player and all the girls he had had been girlfriends and not one night stands or just a thing he did on a party. Thing is when it comes to girls he is the nice guy, because he never do take advantage of them, though he never do try to stop his friends from doing it, so maybe he is just as bad, even if he doesn't do it, he watch it without even trying to stop it. He had around four girls, quite serious ones through the years, and he actually never feel embarrassed that he has just slept with four girls, he think that's better than have a lot of them and go out changing them like you change your underwear. People end up asking him for advice quite often, but he never really likes it, he thinks it makes it feel like he is the old experience guy with girls, and well maybe he is, but he doesn't love giving advice, even if he mostly end up doing it anyway, if he just haven't had enough, and then he just tell whoever ask a simple no.
His boggart is a snake, or lots of snake really, he has a huge phobia against them and he really does not know why, but can has something to do with his brother getting a snake when he was four and kept it under his bed in a bucket without their mum know it, and then it escaped and curled into his bed at night and well after that their mum kind of found out.. So that is a big chance why his boggart is a snake. His patronus is a crane, flying wide and saying a lot things.
HISTORY:
On a late summer night, 1980, Anthony Goldstein was born into the family of John and Abbygail Goldstein. Everyone could see right away that Abby was a little bit disappointed that she hadn't gotten the girl she always wanted. It was her third boy, and even if the disappointed lasted a minute or two, that went away the moment the little boy looked up on her when he finally stopped crying, with big brown eyes. She gave him the name Anthony, a old family name running in her family, and since John had promised her this time that she was the one that could named the kid, she took no time with naming him Anthony, she said it was like there, ready for him, since well she had planned Antonia for a girl. Ever since then Anthony become his mum's little boy, preferring to be with his mum in the kitchen, than with his dad out with his two older brothers playing Quidditch or some muggle game. His dad was a muggle, but he had moved pretty much into the Wizarding world the day he married Anthony's mum, Abby, and because he is a big sport fan, he directly began to watch Quidditch, all the matches and it didn't take long until he had a favorite team, no others than the Wimbourne Wasps. After their marriage, they got two boys, one after the other with two years between them, John jr (Johnny) and Ethan. They decided to wait with more kids, and then it took 4 years and they had Abby was pregnant again, and then Anthony was born.
Anthony's childhood was like most others, he was lucky to get a pair of great parents, even if his mum his hen mum, and fusses over him and about everything with her boys and his dad is a Quidditch crazy fan, they are both quite alright. The problem was though, even from a start that Anthony well he wasn't really like his brothers, who were both real boys, loved to play with boy toys and loved to go with their dad to Quidditch matches, and Anthony well wanted to stay home more, and his mum took advantage of that of course and made him take lesson in both guitar as well as piano. He never liked piano much though, but he did love his guitar he got of his dad when he was just 9 years old. His dad was a bit disappointed from a start that not all his three sons went with him to his very important Quidditch matches, to watch with him, but then he had two already, so he quickly let it slip and let his youngest son do whatever he wanted instead, which turned out to be a good for Anthony, since he wasn't made to do anything he disliked. So yes, all through his childhood he was a quite free kid, and he is loving parents, and well big brothers that would mess with him sometimes, but most of the times they were okay also.
When he started in school when he turned 11, his parents were both very excited to have their last son off to school too, even if his mum would have wanted to have his little boy home a little while longer, but even she understood that she couldn't. Both of his brothers had gotten into Gryffindor before him, and they were now ready to soon leave school and were in their last years. His mum had been in Hufflepuff when she was in school, and they didn't find it strange that their two older sons got into Gryffindor because John was quite a lot of the Gryffindor type, even if he was a muggle, but they had been very sure that Anthony would get into Hufflepuff, so they were more than surprise when he got sorted into Ravenclaw of all houses, and his dad told him he was very proud to have a super smart son, and Anthony was very proud about getting into that house and he got friends right away, that was no problem for him at all, which was very good. He soon got close friends with Michael Corner and Kevin Entwhistle, and they come this sort of trio, and got close friends with each other. Now when he's in his last year with friends he is trying to make the best of it all, and do as much as possible really with his friends as he can before they maybe part and might not see each other as much as they have done in soon seven whole years.
Anthony has however decided on what he wants to become when he ends school, at first he thought his mum was silly to hope and think he should become a Healer, but today he think he might want to become a Healer anyway, and work with people, because Anthony has always been a big people person. He is yet not really sure what type of Healer he want to become, but he is still thinking of that, and he's quite sure he will know by time he has to begin to study to become one. But he doesn't want to let go of his guitar thought, and he still want to have it like at least a hobby and write songs on his free times. Yes, Anthony does think of his future quite a lot, and he like to have things under control, though sometimes he does just like to drop the control too, and that is when alcohol comes in at parties, they make him loose control and just do whatever without control and have to think ten steps a head before doing it.
