History: The daughter of the Earthman Adam Strange and Alanna (daughter of scientist Sardath), Aleea's early years were spent being raised by her father and grandfather, believing her mother had died giving birth to her. With the help of the Justice League of Earth, Adam proved this to be wrong, rescuing Alanna from a group of aliens who wished to conquer Rann. The family was reuinited and shared many a happy year together.
Aleea grew up on her father's stories of adventure and in her teenage years, visited Earth often, becoming friends with the children of various Leaguers and others. She grew up following in her father's footsteps, helping him defend their world from a variety of threats, including a war with Thanagar. She had a crush on Vath Sarn, the local Green Lantern.
With galactic threats posing a danger not just to Rann, but to the universe as a whole, Aleea has become a member of the Darkstars.
Powers: Aleea possesses no super-human powers, but like her father, is an extraordinarily quick thinker and planner. She speaks several languages and has great familiarity with Rannian technology and other alien tech.
Equipment: Aleea wears a Rannian military uniform that, with its helmet, allows her to survive in the vacuum of space and provides protection from harm. She wears a rocket pack that lets her break orbit and carries a multi-function ray guy. She also carries a miniature Zeta-Beamer, which allows for long and short range teleportation, but also requires a period of rebuilding its charge after each use.

Physical description (face, build, weight): Aleea possesses an athletic build, dark hair, and green-ish eyes. There is also, due to her Rannian-Human hybridness, something ever so slightly but unidentifiably different about her, but most who see her would just pass it off as being slightly mixed-race.

Abilities: Aleea uses a Rannian jet-pack, space-suit, and mutli-function ray gun. Like her father before her, she is extremely clever and quick-witted. Aleea also makes use of Zeta-Beam technology for teleportation, though this has the side affect of a)wearing off and b) only being good for intergalactic distances. Teleporting between locations on Earth requires teleporting first to Rann and then to whatever location on Earth she wants. This must also be a location the zeta beam can actually hit, so nowhere inside or underground. Aleea has a good understanding of Rannian and other extraterrestrial technology.
Weaknesses and flaws: Aleea is basically human and, while offered protection by her space suit, is still basically as vulnerable as anyone.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Aleea will be visiting Earth for a time, catching up on old friends.
What are you planning to do with this character? Eventually, a Rann-Thanagar war of some kind, the occasional space-based plot, etc.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Play up, when I can, the child of two worlds thing. Aleea also needs to be out from Adam's shadow. being the child of the Hero of Rann is a lot to live up to.
Sample:
The Zeta Beam always left her skin tingling, but as her father said, it sure beat walking the interstellar distance between Rann and Earth. Granted, it also meant you sometimes appeared several hundred feet in the air, but that was what jetpack's were for.
Aleea fired hers up as she rematerialized in Earth's atmosphere, executing a perfect barrel roll simply because she could. Earth was such a different world from Rann, still so uncivilized and primative, but it was also the home of many of her friends and was the world that had birthed her father.
Her dad and Grandfather had insisted she go to Earth for a while,claiming things were abrewing in Rann's system and several of the neighboring ones. As if she couldn't take care of herself. She might not have been the legend in his own lifestime hero of Rann her father was, but still.
She hit her jets for an extra boost and took off toward civilization.
