101 Questions [02 Dec 2009|04:33pm]
1. What is your full name? Do you have a nickname?
Vincent Amorason. A very few various individuals have held the misguided notion that 'Vinny' is acceptable. That rat-bastard Franklin called me 'Doomling'.

2. How old are you? When is your birthday?
Eighteen years old, as of November 18.

3. Where were you born? Where do you live now? Are you patriotic?
Asgard, the Golden Realm. I currently live in Manhattan. I wouldn't call myself patriotic in the usual sense, but this is my home, and on that alone it is worth my defense. I revere Asgard highly as well.

4. Who are/were your parents? (Names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
Amora the Enchantress, of Asgard, and Victor von Doom of Latveria.
I don't wish to discuss them.

5. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
Not my blood, to my knowledge, but Kristoff Vernard is my adoptive brother, and the cornerstone of the individuals I consider family.
He's argumentative, stuffy, and excessively hypocritcal, but he's also brilliant, and loyalty isn't so much a trait of his as an element.

6. What is your occupation?
Teenage heart-throb, hero, sorcerer, and boyfriend.

7. How tall are you? How much do you weigh?
5'9", for now, and 350 pounds, most of which is due to non-human constitution.

8. What color is your hair? What color are your eyes?
Light brown hair, and brown eyes.

9. What is your race?
Asgardian/Balkan.

10. To which social class do you belong?
Gods and heroes.

11. Do you consider yourself to be attractive? Do others?
How could I not? I have rather sizable 'little black book' (although retired) that is testament to others' approval.

12. What is your style of dress?
When not in uniform (F4 or mage), the latest 5th Avenue finery, particularly Van Dyne designs.

13. Do you have any scars? Tattoos? Birthmarks? Other unique physical features?
I have... some scars. Their origin is a personal matter.

14. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
Weaknesses? You're kidding, yes? I suppose if you really need a response... I'm not as resilient as full-blooded Asgardians.

15. Are you right- or left-handed?
Ambidextrous, with a preference for right-handed defensive casting and tool usage.

16. What does your voice sound like?
Lightly northern European. With the right spell, whatever I wish it to, honestly.

17. What kind of vocabulary do you use?
One that befits my intelligence.

18. List three quirks or other defining characteristics.
I can't manage to grow facial hair of any noticeable amount.

19. How often do you bathe? Do you wear perfumes?
I bathe daily, and I don't care for the use of cologne.

20. What kind of facial expression do you commonly wear (dour glare, wry smile, etc)?
I'm told content and 'dismissive' are my most frequent.

21. Do you use body language? How?
I have very expressive hands.

22. Do you have a commonly used saying?
Not that I'm aware of.

Childhood

23. What is your earliest memory?
Asking my Mother why I didn't have a father, and being told that he was simply somewhere else where he could not reach us.

24. How much schooling have you had? Did you enjoy it?
I have no love for public schooling.

25. Where did you learn most of your knowledge and skill?
Tailored educational sessions with Mistress Jennifer in magic, and with Kristoff for most academic topics.

26. How would you describe your childhood in general?
Diverse.

27. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
The greatest mage in all of Asgard.

28. When and with whom was your first kiss?
If being licked on the cheek counts, then from Danielle Hrimharisdottir. If a 'proper' kiss, then a girl in my first attended year of grade school in America.

29. Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
Not for several years now. I had a very nice evening with a girl I met at the library whom I parted amiably with but no longer speak to.

30. Do you have a notorious or celebrated ancestor? Does that affect you?
*facepalm* Two notorious, one celebrated as better than his predecessor. Yes, I would say they both affect me rather profoundly.

Influences

31. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?
Escaping Latveria, followed very closely by my brother bringing me to task regarding my feelings for Andrea, and hers for myself.

32. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My relationship with Andrea.

33. What is your greatest regret?
Losing contact with the Lord Hrimhari's pack.

34. What is the most embarrassing or shameful thing ever to happen to you?

35. Do you have any secrets? If so, what are they?
I'm largely an open book.

36. What is the most evil thing you have ever done?
I wouldn't say that breaking Franklin's hoverboard qualified as 'evil', but it was probably the most spiteful thing I've done.

37. When was the time you were the most frightened?
When my father followed me to America.

38. Have you ever traveled outside of your country? If so, to where?
Every opportunity I get, for fun. Most of the first world nations, and a few more exotic locales in Africa, South America, and Australia.

Good.

40. Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?
I prefer to think of myself as a realist with a positive attitude.

From a cosmological standpoint I know it exists.

43. What is your greatest fear?
My father.

44. What makes you angry? Sad? Happy? Why?
My parents cause me no shortage of the first two, and my family and friends leave me no shortage of happiness. They have stuck by me when I truly did not deserve it.

45. Do you think people are basically good or basically evil?
I believe people have to go further to learn good than to learn evil.

46. What are your views on politics? Religion? Sex?
I believe politics and religion should have nothing to do with the other two.
I believe sex should be enjoyable and consensual for all parties, without fear of social stigmas.

47. What are your views on gambling, lying, theft, and killing?
Gambling can be an enjoyable activity, and we all lie for convenience or politeness, even if not done maliciously.
Theft and killing should be reserved for when it preserves one's own life, and only after exploring all other options.

48. How far will you go to defend your beliefs?
I'll let you know when I figure out what they are, but for now, I'd risk my life for friends and family, or innocents.

49. How much do you value money?
It's a means to procure nice things. Why shouldn't I value it?

Absolutely.

52. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?

When they're right, a great deal.

To a fault, I'm told.

56. Do you have any biases or prejudices?
I try to look at everything objectively, and then as to if and how it can be enjoyable.

Kristoff, followed very closely by Andrea. They understand me more than anyone else, and I make it a priority of mine to do the same for them.\

58. Who is the person you respect the most? Despise the most? Why?
Kristoff or Richards. They're both brilliant and gave me shelter when they had no reason to.
I despise my father with a burning passion, for what he did to me, his lack of honor, and his cruelty. On a more mild level, Franklin Richards is a pompous little thug.

59. Do you have a significant other? Who?
Andrea Denker, my girlfriend.

60. Do you have a lot of friends? Who is your best friend?
My best friend would probably be either Andrea, or Valeria Richards. I feel the most free around either of them. Danielle and Moira Hrimharisdottir place very closely, but I lost a lot of years I could have spent with them.

61. How do you relate to members of the same race? Class? Sex?
I regret that I haven't had many other Asgardians to relate to for most of my life. I like to think I cultivate a good working relationship with other heroes. I generally don't prefer the company of other men.

62. How do you relate to members of a different race? Class? Sex?
I love humanity greatly. I try to give supervillains, of whatever grade, some chance to surrender or redeem themselves, as I know what backgrounds and past experiences can do to an individual. I vastly prefer being around women; I find them less brutish and generally more intelligent.

63. Have you ever been in love? If so, describe what happened.
I've had passing crushes on the Hrimharisdottirs and Hildy Volstaggsdottir as a young boy, but I don't think I've been in love. Stay tuned for further details on that one.

64. What do you look for in a potential lover?
Intelligence, the ability to challenge me in conversation, long hair, an ability to defend herself if I'm not present, and compassion.

65. How close are you to your family?
Severely distanced from blood relatives, very close to adoptive family.

66. Do you want a marriage, family, and/or children?
I haven't decided about marriage, I already have a family, and am purposely not concerning myself with any decisions about children until I'm older. I have Scotty to dote on excessively for the indefinite future.

67. Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?
I only argue with people when they're wrong. Conflict can be invigorating.

68. Are you a listener or a talker?
Both.

69. How long does it usually take for you to trust others?
It depends on what they do. I try to give the benefit of the doubt.

70. Do you hold grudges?
Only when they're deserved.

71. Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?
It seems to be widely preferred that I don't do so.

I enjoy being liked, but who doesn't? I do what I deem necessary though.

76. Do you have any enemies? How or why are they your enemy?.
I share in the general rogues gallery of the rest of the Fantastic Four. On a more personal level, my father has my eternal contempt.

Personal Taste and Opinions

77. What is your favorite pastime? Color? Food? Possession?
Sex. Teal. Fries with cheese and gravy. My copy of the complete tales of Fafhrd and The Grey Mouser.

78. What are your preferences in arts and/or entertainment?
I am very fond of industrial art, as well as arms crafting. I also enjoy the occasional opera.

79. Do you smoke, drink, go whoring, or use drugs? Why or why not?
I enjoy the occasional glass of wine or cocktail, but I don't drink heavily. Smoking and drug usage are vulgar. 'Going whoring' is a bit open to interpretation, but I've never sold or solicited sex for profit, if that's the reference.

80. How do you spend a typical Saturday night?
Previously I was more likely to spend them out of the town with a girl of the week, but lately my priorities have shifted to quieter engagements with my girlfriend. I am finding this to be very satisfying.

81. What is your most cherished fantasy?
Becoming the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth.

82. How long is your attention span?
That is wholly dependent on the subject matter.

Most regularly, my brother's continued attachment to my father.

85. How do you deal with stress?
Mechanical work.

86. How much athletic ability do you have? Artistic?
I have more than enough physical prowess to suit the needs of my life. My entire passion for my strongest area in magic stems from my artistic imagination, so I would say I do that rather well.

87. Do you like animals? Do you like children?
Animals can be fascinating, delightful, boring, or annoying. Children are animals, remember.

88. Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?
I am capable of meticulous planning, but find that life is more enjoyable at high speed.

89. What are your pet peeves?
Ketchup on steak.

Self-Image

90. What is your greatest strength as a person? Weakness?
I don't think that's a fair thing for one to assess about oneself.

91. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would like to say my father, but if that were the case, Kristoff would not be in my life.

92. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
Extroverted.

93. Do you like yourself?
Immensely. Why wouldn't I?

94. Do you have a daily routine? How do you feel if your day is interrupted?
I can deal with most interruptions, but I have a particular routine I usually keep open for flexibility. Get up, clean, dress, eat, go from there.

95. What goal do you most want to accomplish in the next six months? Your lifetime?
Maintain my relationship with Andrea for the short term. I don't have any particular long term goals other than continuing my magical, and resuming my scientific education.

96. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
Widely known.

97. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
In the arms of a beautiful woman I love, with assurances that she would be well cared for in my absence.

98. What is the one thing you would like to be remembered for after your death?
Being better than my parents, in every sense.

99. What three words would you use to best describe your personality?
Passionate. Brilliant. Developing.

100. What three words would others probably use to describe you?
I am unsure, but I welcome the input.

101. Why are you risking your life to adventure?
Adventure without risk is a contradiction in terms.

Lets see who is willing to finish this beast. If anyone wants to respond go ahead and feel free to steal it for other games and characters too.
