She has a round, youthful looking face with blue eyes (that glow purple when she uses her powers), and shoulder length brown hair. Though she has a flair for fashion, Molly opts to more comfortable clothing over something on the more "high end" side. She loves hats. PB: Anna Popplewell Abilities: Superhuman strength and durability Weaknesses and flaws: Though she has gained control on this over the years, if Molly over exerts herself while using her powers, she'll pass out. Character location/Home: Cambridge, Mass Alignment (villain, hero etc): Hero. Relatives (living/dead?): Gene and Alice Hayes (parents, deceased) Backstory (Please include as much detail as possible about the world they came from): Molly is the daughter of Gene and Alice Hayes, mutants who used their mental abilities for the evil orgainzation, the Pride. For years, Molly and her parents' friends' children all thought they met annually once a year for no apparent reason...until one day Alex Wilder showed them the secret passage that he had discovered in his house's game room. Curious to see what their parents were up to Alex, Chase Stein, Nico Minoru, Gert Yorkes, Karolina Dean, and Molly decided to sneak a peek at their parents...only to find them dressed in costumes. At first, the group thought that their parents were superheroes, just like the Avengers, but were proved horribly wrong, when the group of them (minus Molly who had been taken back to the game room with Gert, being deemed to young to see what was going on), witnessed their parents murder an innocent young girl. Outraged, the teens decided to take down their parents. At first, Molly was kept out of it, being eleven and the youngest of the group, only when Karolina pointed out that she was in danger being left with her parents did the rest of the group decide to include Molly. During a standoff at Molly's house with their parents, Molly discovered that like her parents, she was also a mutant, though she had psychical powers as opposed to her parents' mental abilities. Shortly after, the group (dubbing themselves the Runaways), took down their parents, and lost one of their own, Alex, as it turned out that he had really been loyal to their parents the entire time.
Molly remained with the Runaways (the group decided to call themselves) for the remainder of her preteen years. As she was technically a middle-school dropout, Nico saw it her responsibilty to teach Molly everything that she would missing at school, encouraging all the other Runaways to pitch in. Molly found a family in the Runaways, though she'd miss her parents from time to time.
Molly was approached by Charles Xavier, the leader of the X-Men with an invitation to join his team and study Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Hesitant to leave her teammates at first, Molly eventually accepted, as her fellow Runaways agreed that it would be best for her in the long run.
Molly formed a couple good friendships on the X-Men right away, mainly to Chris Grant-Pym. Molly adjusted to being at the school quickly, adapting to being on a new team to be fairly easy.
The attack of Xavier's by at the hands of the Marauders left her fairly distraught, haunting her in her nightmares, making it hard for her to sleep at night.
When Sarah Rogers was delivered to Xavier's after being brutally injured by the Mandarin and Anya (brainwashed as Lady Mandarin), Molly volunteered to look after her. The two girls clicked right away, and Molly was there for Sarah when Lady Mandarin tried to manipulate Sarah into letting her escape, and toyed with Sarah's feelings for Anya. Molly comforted Sarah, and Sarah told Molly about her feelings for Anya. The two girls began to bond, over ice cream, and formed plans to go to Disney World together.
Molly helped the X-Men in the fight against the MLF when they attacked Liberty Island.
Molly held a movie night with Sarah. The two girls got even closer, and ended up sharing a kiss. Molly realized that she'd fallen very quickly for Sarah, though the fact that they would have limited time together devastated her, as Sarah regained her memory and told Molly that because she was on the Exiles, she couldn't stay in one place for very long.
After fighting with the X-Men against Apocalypse, Molly and Sarah went on a double-date with Anya and Steve (who had been turned into a woman by the Empress). Molly had to help Sarah around, as she'd been badly injured in a fight against Holocaust, but Molly didn't mind in the least. The two then finally went on that trip to Disney World, where they spent all the time that they could with each other.
When Sarah left, Molly was heartbroken, as she'd fallen in love with her, and the feeling was mutual. Though she knows that Sarah most likely won't be back, she holds out hope for maybe seeing her again someday.
When celebrating Misha's birthday, Anya told Molly that she was forming a new Thunderbolts team. Molly volunteered to help Anya, and left the X-Men to join the Thunderbolts with her. Molly was reunited with her former Runaway, Victor Mancha, who had also been recruited by Anya.
The Thunderbolts were called in to deal with an invasion by bug-like aliens, who wanted to make Sydney Davis their queen. Molly helped fight off the aliens with the rest of the Thunderbolts.
When Anya's boyfriend, Steve, vanished to another dimension, Molly became very concerned for her friend, as she knew something of what Anya was going through, with Sarah leaving. Molly has provided all of the comfort and support to Anya that she can, and is there for her if she needs her.
The Thunderbolts received word of a fight on the streets of Boston, the team quickly intervened, and found themselves helping out Crosshairs and the Hood, who had been attacked by Weapon X. The T-Bolts defeated Weapon X, and Kelly and Melissa returned to the team's headquarters.
Shortly after the fight with Weapon X, the Thunderbolts were attacked by the Masters of Evil, who were angry with Sydney for deserting them. Molly fought the Enforcer, and in the chaos, Victor's head was ripped off of his body. As Victor's body had profiles on all the Avengers which had been programmed into him by Ultron, and the Thunderbolts called in the Avengers to help. The two teams stormed MOE headquarters and retrieved Victor's body.
Molly attended a movie night with the team's newest member, CeCe Gill, and the annual Rate The Hunk that Anya hosted at Avengers' mansion.
With the rest of the Thunderbolts, she helped their newest member, Greyson Hunter, take down some of Rose Red's henchmen. How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Like everyone else, she'll be brought to the Exiles by the Timebroker because her world needs some serious fixin'. What are you planning to do with this character?: Act as another heavy for the team. I would love to do stuff with Molly and Sarah again, if Jeff is willing. What do you want to see happen with this character?: Work on the team and get to know her new teammates a bit better, as she already knows Sarah very well.
Sample post: Bunches here.
