When you wake up in Phoenix you have a key that has your building and room number on it. You're given a gold credit card that has no limit, a smartphone and a netbook. Once you boot up your netbook it will ask you to create a passcode and then give you instructions on how to log on to the message boards to communicate with others. It will also give you a map of the city of Phoenix and tell you where to locate such things as clothing stores, grocery stores and any other store you might need. If you're character does not like the accommodations then they are free to buy their own home. More rooms in the Towers will be come available as needed.
