The setting of the sun is the end of the day, or the end of your life. You are quickly arriving at Judgement Day, and you are feeling uneasy for some reason or another. You're guilty for something but you aren't entirely aware of what it is (though perhaps other people have an idea, and obviously God knows because he sees everything). Falling off the swing is death and in that moment you aren't sure what to expect. I'd say the last bit indicates that you never atoned for your sins, or that perhaps you should bury the sinful part of you, as it is preventing you from getting into Heaven. Cease sinning and ask for forgiveness, and you'll be rising up instead of falling.
