We have a training team. If you leave or get fired, I would recommend that you don't train them especially when your flaws in regards to your job description are very noticeable.

Receptionists have the highest turn over rate of office jobs, only a small percent lasting more then 5 months. I've worked here for 5 years, so I must be doing something right. But if you think otherwise, I'm sure you can discuss it with the training staff.
