Looks a little bit older than she actually is. She doesn't mind this. Age: 15 Birthday: March 22nd. Codename (if using one): None at the moment. Dad suggests Aqua-Chick. PB: Sarah Hyland Abilities: Being Atlantean, Tula possesses superhuman strength in the water (currently three tons, but she's still growing), durability, and enhanced reflexes. She has had some hand to hand training from her parents and extended family members. Under her father's tutelage, Tula is currently studying Order magic. While she still has much to learn, Tula is currently versed in the following spells: Communicate with sea life: While she can give complex commands or hold full conversations, Tula can ask sea creatures yes or no questions. Water manipulation: While larger amounts of water can be more difficult for her to work with, using her magic, Tula can form basic whips, whirlpools, and moderate size waves (giant tidal waves are extremely taxing), to use in a fight. For this to work, of course, she must be either in or close to the water. She can also use small bolts of mystical energy. Tula also knows a spell that allows her to remain out of the water for extended periods of time. Weaknesses and flaws: Being Atlantean, Tula cannot be out of the water for long extended periods or she will suffer. Character location/Home: Atlantis Alignment (villain, hero etc): Hero Team: Young Justice Relatives (living/dead?): Garth (father, living), Dolphin (mother, living), Cerdian (older brother, living), Dick Grayson (godfather, living), Donna Troy (godmother, living) Backstory: Tula is the youngest child born to Garth and Dolphin, born when her older brother Cerdian was eight. Tula was raised around her brother and Arthur and Mera's two children, Cait and Ash, as well as the children of the Titans, her father's friend on the surface. She followed Cerdian and Cait around everywhere when she was little, and was convinced that she was going to marry Jai West when she was six. When Tula was ten, she started developing magical powers, similar to her father and brother. Garth began training her alongside Cerdian. Though there were a couple of mishaps (someone might have been turned purple once), Tula was an eager learner, and caught on quickly. Though she is still learning, Tula has a great deal of skill for someone her age. While she spends most of her time in Atlantis, Tula visits the surface when she can. What are you planning to do with this character?: Young Justice plots, learn more about the surface, adjust to being on a team and form friendships.
