I don't think children should be taught to count higher than 24.

It seems like an interesting idea, but once they get the counting up to 20 down pat, they get the gist of how to count higher and...well, then they never stop.

Maybe if you offered them money in exchange...

Its not one kid. But if we don't teach them how to count higher as children, they won't know as adults.
