TEchnopath Abilities
Construct Small Devices: IF a diagram is already laid out or mentally known, Arthur can use his Technopath and pull it together with electricity, to seal it and charge it in one go.
Speak to electronics: By placing his hands on any machine he can verbally have a conversation with it. Which helps in times that the machine is ineffective he can place his hand on the machine and have the machine tell him the problem.
Command electronics: WHile hands placed on machine, Arthur can tell the machine what to do and command it's actions.
Seek Information: Use one database or computer and navigate through to other computers/databases connected to the one Arthur's going through.
