First of all, sorry everyone! I'm working on a new, harder game but I've been swamped with work during the week and engagements on the weekends. Not that games are very important considering what's been going on lately in the city.

Chief Namikaze made a speech and gave a few statements on the Masenshi video. The thing he said about people taking precautions and not depending entirely on the police is particularly valuable. I hope everyone keeps safe. Hopefully the police will be able to use the video to trace Masenshi.

"Citizens of The City, some of you may find this message from me tardy, but that is because I felt it was more important to focus on locating Masenshi and attempting to stop their retaliation. I have failed, and for that I apologize, but from this we have learned a valuable lesson. Though the police have captured members or affiliates of Masenshi in the past, they are a group. Taking down one or two, or even a dozen, may not matter. Like Masenshi has so boldly stated, they will be killing blonds one by one. The police will take on a similar strategy and we will not stop hunting Masenshi, one by one, until there is no one left.
