Powers/Abilities:
Powers: No superhuman powers, but has been educated by Shiva Wu-San, Bane and David Cain to the degree that some abilities appear almost supernatural. Including some pseudo-mystical martial arts skills, Bane and Shiva's meditation techniques allowing centering, mental resistance, resistance to pain, and ability to hide from psychic abilities, and training in reading body language - her brother's in particular, sufficient that the twins can communicate with one another entirely in silence so long as they can see one another.
Trained by Shiva Wu-San, Bane and to a small degree by David Cain, Carolyn is one of the world's foremost martial artists along with her brother, particularly for her age. Though trained in a wide range of martial arts, she favors 'precision' styles, including leopard, ninjitsu, aikido, wing chun, and dragon - blending what she's been taught into a highly versatile, very precision based form. Because of this focus, she knows and uses much of her mother's more precision or chi based abilities beyond meditative focus and centering techniques. She also knows savate, judo and capoeira, but doesn't use them as much as the precision forms. She is starting to learn snake style, but doesn't use it in combat just yet.
Educated by her father and Bane's allies beyond pure focus in the martial arts, Carolyn has also been trained extensively in strategy and tactics, classic literature, philosophy and linguistics. To the latter end, she is fluent in English, Arabic, German, French, Spanish and conversational in Russian, Cantonese and Hindi

Backstory:
Shiva finally gave up on the Bats and Cassie, and decided she needed an heir, so she set to trying to figure out who else might be suitable, was willing to kill, and could conceivably beat her in a fight. Ended up with Bane. Twins were a surprise, but nothing that couldn't be handled. No real emotional attachment, but they worked out a business arrangement. With the requirement of time share for the kids, because if she wanted the best possible heir possible, he wanted himself and Scandal training them too
They spent time training with Mom and David Cain on the martial arts and body language, as Shiva called in the favor Cain owed her for this. Bane also saw to their physical development, but in addition made sure they were taught strategy, tactics, and other intellectual pursuits.
Carolyn didn't pick up her father and brother's crusade against Venom and drugs, but accompanies her brother on missions because it was something to do and could be fun.
Has a pet 10' python named Clarence.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: End up on the wrong side of something bad enough to end up blackmailed recruited into the new Suicide Squad.

What do you want to see happen with this character?: Suicide plotlines and developing suitable rivalries and alliances, much like his parents.
