1. When their two universe collided, Himon, curious to know more about these new strangers, journeyed down to New Orleans to find out more about some of them.
2. Lyta was in a bar with Irina when the hot guy walked in. They flipped a coin to see who would get to try and take the hot guy home. Lyta won.
3. Himon found himself drawn to the blond, blue-eyed girl that approached him at the bar, and not just because of her looks, but the way that she carried herself like she just demanded attention, the way that she was sure of herself. Lyta took him back to Champions Headquarters that night. ...They went through the floor, Lyta's bed landing in the kitchen and startling Corey greatly.
4. What started out as one stand turned into more, and Himon and Lyta found themselves spending more time to go together and growing closer. Himon initially was afraid to, especially with his rage, but Lyta showed him that sometimes, it's okay to let someone in.
5. Their happiness was short lived. Darkseid, not wanting his grandson to have happiness, kidnapped Lyta and imprisoned her in the worst torture chambers on Apokolips. Himon journeyed to his grandafather's stronghold to reclaim Lyta...only to watch her be murdered by his son, Apokalips, in front of his very eyes. Himon lost complete control of himself, and many of Darkseid's minions fell victim to his rage...inculding him and his son.
With a heavy heart, Himon had no choice but to take the throne of Apokolips.
