Libby is a bright and cheerful girl who is nearly always smiling or having a good time. She'd much rather be shopping or hanging out with her friends than studying and she comes off very much as the charmed rich girl with the perfect life, perfect friends, perfect everything.
She's never gotten much attention from her parents, though. Money, yes, but they were often too busy making the money to spend a lot of quality time with their only daughter. Maybe that's why her friendships are so important to her or why she enjoys the attention she gets from other people - especially boys - so much. Whatever it is, Libby loves to be in the spotlight. She loves to know that all eyes are on her. Shy is not a word anywhere in this girl's vocabulary.
She's a big flirt and while she's never had a really serious boyfriend, she's dated around plenty. One day, she'll probably be happy to settle down with one guy, but for now she's having a really good time playing the field. Despite that, though, she's still a sucker for those guys who make her feel special, like they're in it for more than just an occasional romp in the hay. Though she doesn't expect such things, flowers and bubblebaths and romantic gestures in general will make this girl's heart melt and there's a good chance she could fall for a guy who dotes on her like that.
Libby isn't exactly ambitious or anything. She's always had most everything she wanted just handed to her and work is a word she isn't really acquainted with. Unless, of course, you count her cheerleading or chasing after the boy who has happened to catch her eye. She'll definitely work hard on those things and there's not much to stand in her way when she's decided she really wants something.
She's a sweet girl and a good friend, even if not everyone sees that right away. She has a few good friends, of course, who know there is more to her than the cheery, flirty party girl she seems to be. They've seen how amazing her heart is and what am amazing person she is. Libby, herself, would do anything for a friend, especially those she is close to. She has many, many more superficial friendships, but she treasures the people who truly know her and love her for the person she is more than anyone could guess.
HISTORY:
Libby was born the only child into a relatively wealthy family. That's not to say her parents were millionaires, but they definitely lived more than comfortably and Libby never really wanted for anything as a child. She was spoiled, but not rotten. Libby was always a down-to-earth, well adjusted girl and she has a good head on her shoulders, despite what certain aspects of her life might suggest.
Becoming a teenager brought cheerleading and boys into Libby's life and she loved them both. She's hoping to become captain of the cheerleading squad next year. For now, she's satisfied with dating her way through a good chunk of the football team. And the basketball team. And.. well, you get the picture. To say Libby is a little boycrazy would be a bit of an understatement.
She loves to party and have fun, but Libby isn't exactly a bad student. She doesn't make straight A's, but she tries to do well enough to make it into a decent college.
