I forgot how hard it was to job hunt. I think that's why I ended up skipping it for a few weeks. Then weeks turned to months. I've been thinking of getting more training, joining up as an IT guy somewhere. I looked here but there's no openings so I suppose I might have to look elsewhere. It would be weird to leave this company, even if I haven't even been here a full year. Somehow, it's grown on me.

I think I would just miss the hamburger vending machine too much.

	I was supposed to be trying to find a new job, though... I guess it is about the money, but not entirely. It would be terrible to lose half my income right now, but... it would be best, to do something back in my field. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

No, you are a risk of doing that now. If anyone else announced their leaving so openly, do you think I would give them the chance to continue to leave on their terms? I am glad that you are trying to find a job out on your own away from this company but I'm not going to wait and find out if you do or do not get one. Call it a helping push to getting off your butt and actually doing it.

	Because it's not fair to the other employees to fire me. Let me go through putting in a two week's notice, so there's no understaffed nights. I understand punishing me, but the rest of the staff doesn't deserve to stress because of me. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
