Yeah. D: At least for Chocolate, Chef Pierre told us that he's been working every single day for like a month straight and he NEEDS some personal time. Heck, he even asked us if that was okay and said he'd make us some extra chocolate the next class to make up for it. :\ The other to classes that got canceled were like "OHAI IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN. SIGN IN AND GO HOME." <--- essentially what my Sanitation teacher said.

(I'm not even kidding on that. When he first walked into the classroom, he said "I've got good news and bad news. The bad news is, it looks like it might rain." Note, btw, that it was sunny with one or two clouds. "The good news is, sign in and go home.")
