Haha, you totally could. They're made of fondant... which is basically sugar and marshmallow! :) Dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is always better than milk chocolate for ganache (and simpler too, since you don't have to adjust the cream).

I think I'm going to do something like this for the cake.
