So, it's been quite some time since I've written anything down in this journal of mine. My last couple of entries were about me being sent to Mungo's, which was a little over a month ago. I'd like to inform you all that I am much better, and I've been 99.999999% healthy for the entire month of May. I concider that to be a good thing.
I've been taking it easy lately. I'm not working as much as I want to be working, but maybe that's for the best. I've been going to bed early, getting a lot of sleep, and eating right. Or, well, I've been eating better, but I really can't help but binge on Chinese Food every now and then. It's a Davies curse, our obsession with General Tso's, and it can not be ignored. I've recently started jogging again, since I wasn't able to do it for a while when I was in the hospital, and after that I was too lazy.
That's really all that's been going on lately. But all work and no play makes Savannah a dull girl. And no one wants that, do they? So, someone should take me somewhere, beause it's been an eternity since I've had any fun.

I went to Mungo's yesterday.
But I told them it was nothing. I told them it was just a headache.
They wanted to keep me there...but, as you all have told me before, I'm an idiot sometimes.
Point is, I went home.
Seth had to bring me back again about an hour ago. I couldn't do it myself.
So, I'm at Mungo's right now, and I don't know how long I'm going to have to stay here.
I'm not supposed to be writing. I'm supposed to be resting, but I wanted to tell you all where I am. |

Damn it all, my boss sent me home from work. Again. This is the second time I've missed work in about a year's time, and both times were because I was sent home.
I hate this, I'm fine, I've worked with a headache before. I get migranes all the time, it doesn't mean I have to go home. I mean, the bad ones, where you feel like your eyes are about to explode, but I still go to work, because I'm fine! I can still write with a stupid headache, but apparently he wants me to get my rest.
Not that rest is bad, because it felt good to lay down for a while, but it's not like it helped. I still feel like crap. I've had these headaches last for like, 4 days in a row. Well, they go away and then come back, it's not continuous. I just need to wait for this to pass.
But until then, I suppose I'll rest. Since I'm tired.

So, I've been thinking about Hogwarts lately.
And, for those of you who don't know, you need to answer a riddle to get into the Ravenclaw Tower. The knocker at the front says the riddle, you need to answer and then you get inside and...yes. Well, me and Sam were talking about some of the ones the knocker asked us, and I remembered one that got me so frustrated because I couldn't think of the answer. I eventually got it, and it may be easy for some of you, but I was a first year at the time.
Keep that in mind so you can't mock me for being stupid.

Things I was supposed to do this weekend, but never got around to:
- Cleaning the apartment.
- Going to the bank.
- Going to Gringotts to exhange the money I get from the bank.
- Buying a new tablecloth.
- Buying scarves, and gloves, and hats. Not because it's cold OUTSIDE, but because my heat isn't working right lately, and it is FREEZING in here.
- Buying blankets ( see reason above )
- Getting Corn Dog a new toy, because he keeps finding my shoes.
- Buying food for the apartment.
- Buying ink, and quills, and paper for my typewriter.
- Wallowing in the fact that I am broke from buying so much crap.
There's always this weekend. |

Oh my God.
I've had 'All you need is love' stuck in my head for the last 2 days. Giada played it on her Radio show the other night, and I find myself humming it while I'm at work. Loudly. I don't even realize I'm doing it, either. It's embarrassing. I even found myself typing out the lyrics on my typewriter when I was trying to write out the interview I gave with one of the Magpies the otherday. It was like "So, how long have you been playing before all you need is lo-..."
It needs to get out of my head. Now.
