Skatin'!! [28 Mar 2006|11:43pm] My Mondays never seem to feel like Mondays. They've been going so well lol I guess there are the occasional shitty Monday, but those seem to be getting less and less. Woke up and basically drove into work right away. Didn't even really allow myself to wake up haha I basically worked on port testing as-is machines. It was pretty easy and I got like 10+ machines done. At some point Troy wants me to teach him setting up of OS X server from start to finish. He's doing some ACTC exam which I'll probably be doing at some point this summer. I would really like to get a boatload of Apple certs this summer, especially the ones you don't have to renew. Then Jamie wanted a skateboard and I told her I would come up to Williston and help her get one. So while she did homework I finished up computers and iPods. Went and got lunch from home. Went back to Small Dog. I finally got all my Security Now! podcasts listened to, at least the ones that were on my iPod (god knows how many more are sitting in iTunes to be loaded onto my iPod haha). Mind you thats only ONE podcast I have like 8-9 more with like 7+ episodes each lol So I went up and met Jamie at her house. We basically went right to Talent and started browsing around for gear. I got to pick out the entire thing, wish it was my setup!! I got her a Jim Greco Baker board, Ricta wheels, Lucky bearings, black magic grip tape, Shorty's hardware, Krux trucks, and some Dooks riser pads. We paid for it all, FIRST THING she puts on her new credit card hahaha So we went back to her house and I had her put it all together. It rides soooooo smooth haha So then we went into Burlington and skated with Sean which was fun. I haven't seen his skanky ass in a good while. So I absolutely sucked, I haven't been skateboarding in forever haha Then he had to go down tot he waterfront for some gheymo reason...so Jamie and I just pushed around for a little. Then we went out to dinner at this place called 99. It was like Chilis or a better version of Friendlys. If you've ever seen the movie Waiting it was like that hahaha I couldn't stop laughing cause the host at 99 looked like the host in Waiting LOL. So I got the usual, the sampler thingy every restaurant like that has, and a bacon cheeseburger. Good stuff...after that we couldn't eat or move hahaha Went abck to Jamies, I drove home and went right to bed..which was like 9pm haha Woke up at 11pm and I thought it was like 5am...heh NO. So I went back to bed and woke up around 5:30am and have been working on the computer since then. Work should be easy today...tomorrow is Kingdom Hearts 2!! post comment
