[28 Jan 2006|07:08am] Yesterday was fun...I think. The stupid person in website design was trying to act all cool. They're so effing stupid. More stupidness in Linux too although the professor seems to be getting his shit together. Haven't bothered checking into dream class because there's that maximum post bullshit. Some stupidness in Concepts of PC Hardware, but the professor is awesome so whatever. Worked in the morning, just did iPods as usual and since Scott was out I did installs to which is always fun. I was working on a 2GHz dual core PowerMac, found out we sell them for $1999 and so I asked Sean later that day what he paid for his dual processor PowerMac G4, $2800. OUCHIE! So after work I came home and worked on classes, homework, and I went to visit lil Nippet. Sean came over around 6:30pm or something and we went to his house. Got some food, watched some Reno 911! Funny ass shit. Then we went into Montpelier and watched Big Momma's House 2. Hilarious! Hahaha Came home, got drinks and went into the hott tub. There were so many stars out last night, and the sky was soooo clear. It was really nice. Then we basically just passed out. Woke up this morning around 8am. Chatted with Dick and Val....and then I went to Concepts of PC Hardware class. I would say I was the youngest person there, the next person being like in their 20s. Everyone else was like 45+. Some lady thought she knew everything about computers, pffft, newb ass ho. I think that class is actually going to be a lot of fun. He's like YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO LEARN ABOUT! So yeah, I'll probably spent a lot of time researching newer technologies since that really interests me more, and then I can actually know what are good components to buy this May when we build and buy our own computer for this class. My goal is to build that and install like Linux in 45 minutes and then get outta there and go riding! Hahaha So class was like 3 hours, I really need to get on ritalin or adderol cause I just couldn't keep focus...it's getting pretty bad now...anyways...after that I went to see Mr. Nippet. He is loosing his FUZZ! I was just running my fingers over him and it was all coming out. Today was soooo warm though. I think it was like 55 maybe! I was actually driving down the road with my windows down it was so warm! So I hung out with him a for a bit, went home and then went to work for a couple hours. Work was fun, didn't do too much, chatted with some people about this and that. Got some pizza and came home. Got a really nice tool kit from Sean. He didn't want it and gave it to me. I just wanted to borrow it for class today, but have is nice :) So when I was coming back from seeing Nippet I had these 2 cops with lights flashing and sirens going. For like 45 seconds there were right on my ass and I didn't notice...woops.... *turns down the Underoath* Fixing up a G3 PowerMac for my sister I think. She's got the oldest machine in the house. I will probably grab a video card(s) from work tomorrow to test and see if its the video card thats being stupid. Everything else seems to work. Ok, well that's enough for now. post comment
