C++ Refresh [18 Jan 2006|07:11am] So I thought I would give myself a little refresh with C++. I know programming sucks, but this sort of thing might come in handy someday. I really do need to get a nice CSS guide or tutorial because I think being a web programmer would be much more fun. Hung out with Nippet for a couple hours today so that was fun. We didn't get to go riding, because I forgot my rain coat and there were some horses in the indoor. Hopefully tomorrow things clear up. The rivers are about 3ft from the road or so...eeeep! Oh yeah the update to xCode, xCode 2.2 is like 840MBs...eeesh! post comment

The Internet... [18 Jan 2006|07:11am] So while I was working on iPods tooday and I still am but anyways...some girl left her name on her iPod in marker so I Google'd it. Not only did I find her picture, where she attends school but her phone number, her moms name and her home address... Sometimes the internet scares me...but usually not :) post comment

Nippy Nippet [18 Jan 2006|07:11am] Well let's see. I got iLife '06 today but I didn't have any time to play with it before I went to work so I just left it installed and went to work. I also got iWork 06' but I haven't even got that installed yet. I wonder if they have any new newsletter themes. After my rather large update to my network only 2 computers of the like 16 or so didn't work. It wasn't major though and it took 2 minutes to get them back online and browsing the web and doing other network activites. I played a little GoldenEye Source today. I think I have gamed enough for a while though, being that classes are going to be starting up again and I just don't have time for those things anymore. Worked on the Tiny Meat blog some more. It's coming along nicely. We're kinda just making things spiffy for the blog now and the next major thing is to get the store into the blog layout so we have a universal theme for everything. It doesn't look like it's going to be that hard but it's more then I really have time for right now in my "volunteer" schedule. So I did feel a little bored tonight, so I read the first chapter in my PC hardware book. God it's aweful. It was written for like a 80 year old person and most of the information in it is old as death. I mean comon...although they did have a picture of a Pentium 4 (ew) and they talked about DVD burners for half a sentence. God, what newbs. I also downloaded the files for my Website Design and Management classes. Yay. I culd have sworn I saw an .rm file in there which didn't make me happy. If they make me use RealPlayer I'm going to tell them to eat it. I was reading this article and it made me laugh a little. MacUpdate is stupid and they need to eat shite and die basically. So does the douche Ron with his stupid comments haha Anyways, I think I am going to start a new plan. I'm going to wake up earlier, go riding, go to work, go riding, do homework and stuff and be in bed and sleeping by like 11pm. Who knows how well it's going to work, but it sounds like it would be nice haha Alright, is that enough chat for today? I think so...go buy some effing TinyMeat!
