Brief History: Jaya grew up excelling at everything, from sports to academics. Her stigma of being so damned perfect was annoying to others, even though Jaya herself never even considered that she was overachieving, she just liked going for things, so she did. That attitude had her attending Yale in History with a minor in fine arts. For as long as she could remember she'd wanted to be a teacher, so a teacher she would be. She graduated at the top of her class, and to most people's disbelief became the high school teacher she wanted to be, instead of using her degree to became a senator, or businessperson that so many of her classmates were. She returned to Carolina, happy and content with sharing her knowledge, and excelled even there. Coach for the women's soccer, volleyball, and track team, she was also responsible for coming up with a new club program that was adopted by many other schools and earned her more recognition.

She has only recently discovered her ability, x-ray vision, and initially had thought she had gone crazy. She has yet to tell anyone about it, as while she's friendly and great with anything goal-oriented, Jaya isn't so great with relationships outside of friendship. She's been suspecting her brother for quite some time, and has witnessed a few oddities since the chemical spill so she knows something is up.

Brief Description of Power Capabilities: Ability to see through solid objects. Her x-ray vision hasn't been well practiced as she's still confused as hell about it, but so far when she does use it she can see through solid objects, and even matter with multiple layers like skin. She does not have the ability to see through several layers that are much denser than a wall, so She can see through at least two rooms of a building, but she's not strong enough to see through the entire building. The range she has, hasn't been determined but it isn't too far reaching.
