10:19pm: Fight Club Meme
Dean had a target he was getting paid a lot of money to take out but he was really elusive to find. The only place he seemed to frequent was an underground fight club in the city. Which is why he was currently there in the middle of a brawl. He was definitely glad for the CIA training he had right now even if he would rather just shoot this guy in the foot and end this now.

3:04pm: Test Scene
Mexican prison was not as bad as Dean thought it would be. It was still god awful but not as bad as he had been lead to believe. He was being kept under rather tight lock and key after his last escape attempt. Telling Jose what Juan wanted to do to his wife and what he had already been doing after reading their minds hadn't given him the chaos to get out he had been hoping though the fight was at least mildly entertaining to watch.

He just really hoped that his contract had been honored and he had gotten the shit load of money he was due otherwise their were going to be word and maybe bullets. The hit had gone well enough on the former crime-lord hiding from American justice. At least it had until the guy's army of security had somehow managed to get the drop on him after he had killed him. Since he didn't like the odds on guns verse rocket launchers especially at that range and given up figuring he escape easily later until they had knocked him out and he woke up in prison.

Abilities: Marksmenship- Dean is a very shot with guns and can snipe people from over a mile away with a sniper rifle. He is also rather quick on the draw and a good sharpshooter.

Hand-to-Hand Combat- Dean is a decently skilled fighter and can take on most goons and mooks any time but gains truly skilled fighters he will be out classed easily.

CIA Training- Dean was a trained CIA agent for almost four years before going freelance

X-Ray Vision- Dean can see through walls, people, clothes, ect.

Telepathy- Dean is a telepath of moderate skill who functions solely as a mind-reader. He can read surface thoughts with ease and can pull information of others heads with effort. He's skilled enough with this ability that with the element of surprise and there not being any really strong mental defenses around the it to pull information out of even decently skilled telepaths minds without them noticing.

Weaknesses and flaws: Other than the advantages that his powers provide Dean has the weaknesses of a normal human. Dean cannot use his telepathy too much or he starts to get migraines which get worse and last longer the more he uses them. Though just reading surface thoughts takes a lot longer for headaches and migraines to form. Dean also has a strong moral code which keeps him from killing good people as he defines it and abusing his powers in certain ways like for example cheating at card games with friends.

Backstory: Dean was born while his mom was on the run from the CIA following the events that lead to his father's death while saving Maggie Lorenzo and getting her into FBI protective custody. Kathryn didn't even know she was pregnant at the time which was a big surprise for her. His birth involved quite a lot of gunfire but they both got out fine with a little bit of help from some of Tommy's old buddies. His abilities developed when he was young though the problems sometimes he found to be quite annoying. He also has developed his dad's mouth much to many people's annoyance.

Dean grew up on the run till he was almost seven when the CIA decided to rehire mom and stop trying to kill mom. Regime changes and the skill she displayed while successful staying ahead of the CIA with a little kid made it much more profitable for them to do so. Him mom started training him in how to use guns once he expressed interest in that and he got good at it rather quickly. As a teenager he discovered how awesome it was to have x-ray vision and he was so glad that he had it.

After graduating high school he went to work for the CIA as a meta human problem solver though his mom had instilled in him some ethics which became problematic. After a difference in opinions as Dean puts it he left the CIA and went freelance which he enjoys much more.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Suicide Squad Stuff
What are you planning to do with this character?: Maybe some stuff with the CIA trying to control heroes. Questions of morals.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Could be neat to do something with the Supers given his dad. Definitely doing some independent hit work.

11:14pm: A Nice Pay Day
Dean had gotten a contract to cut a loose end from a science project that had escaped from Injun Peak Facility. Apparently they had been looking into some older experiments and decided it would be worth while to recreate one of them. Which had inadvertently escaped and could not be allowed to live. Dean was very thankful that Injun Peak had not upgraded their horrible security system since ever and instead liked to give the money to him. It paid for a lot of his favorite guns.

The info that the head researcher had given him told him that the escaped experiment had gone completely insane and now would be a great embarrassment if found out. They had apparently managed to give the guy superpowers but for some reason they were unwilling to explain to him he could only use his powers if he was reading porn. So this could be really weird or a very easy ten thousand dollars.

Since the guy needed porn to use his powers Dean headed over to Gotham's red-light district to see if he could spot the crazy guy using super-powers. He really should have found out what those powers were when he was back at the research institute but now he just really hoped that they did not belong in a porno because that would be disgusting.

Scouting out some building with his x-ray vision Dean found that he really did not need to have waited long to find that guy when a nearby adult theater exploded outwards. "There are so many dirty thing I could say about all of this but right now I just want the money," Dean says to himself as he grabs his sniper rifle and started looking for the guy at the center of the explosion.

The guy came out glowing with energy and was mid super villain rant. Just another reason to want to kill the guy. Dean lines up his shot and pulls the trigger. Crazy guy with powers from reading porn's head explodes and Dean smirks. "Nice I've got money again," Dean says as he packs up to go collect his payday.
